Sur La Table Pizza Screen

This heavy-duty aluminum pizza screen helps produce a more evenly baked crust by allowing air to circulate beneath the crust–and as an added benefit, it'll keep your oven cleaner. Just prepare your dough and spread it over the top of the screen, add your toppings and place the sturdy screen directly onto the oven rack or hot pizza stone to bake. Slide your finished pizza off of the screen to your cutting surface and enjoy gourmet pizzas at home.
