Sur La Table Hasselback Potato Prep Set

Baked or grilled Hasselback potatoes are a crispier, more flavorful alternative to baked potatoes. Fanned out into thin, appealing slices, they cook faster than whole potatoes and can also be loaded with your favorite baked potato toppings. This set will help you achieve perfectly spaced slices without cutting through the entire spud. It's easy to use–simply place the potato on the included board, slide on the stainless steel guide and cut between the lines using your own knife.
