Supreme Hydration Herbal Blend

This blend is so important to me as hydration is crucial for all bodily functions! This blend is designed to: Hydrate internally and externally (aka the intestines and the skin) Beautify and plump the skin Cool and soothe the body Promote healthy digestion and absorption Interestingly enough, Ayurveda sees the colon as the ruler of the bones, so this formula will have a beneficial influence on the bones by nourishing the colon is through hydrating the entire digestive! Hydration is a crucial component in healing the bones and teeth. You can flood the body with appropriate minerals, but if they are not absorbed by the body, your body will not be able to put that raw material to use. A moist, jelly layer is present on the entirety of the digestive tract when we are healthy. This includes the mouth. It is known even in mainstream medicine that dry mouth alone can and will cause decay. Saliva is like your body’s natural mineral serum that constantly covers your teeth in nourishment. Your mouth is also the beginning of your digestive tract and a dry mouth can definitely signify dryness further down. My favorite herbs for increasing moisture from the mouth to the colon are mucilogenous herbs. Some very common ones are slippery elm and marshmallow, but there are many! These herbs mix with water to create a gel, and this gel both coats your digestive tract, but also hydrates you! Of course, our hydration blend is full of these herbs! How do you know if you suffer from internal dryness? Sure fire signs are dry mouth, constipation, teeth indents in the tongue (which signal malabsorption). And really, dryness anywhere in the body including the throat, eyes, etc, indicates intestinal/ internal dryness.
