The Supply Pack has all of the fiber ingredients you need for this 2D needle felted rooster painting. Instructions are on our Video Tutorial page and linked below. You will also need a large felting surface, such as a piece of foam insulation (available at any hardware store) or the Mega Stabbit, and needles. We recommend a single needle, the Pen Tool, and the Punch Tool for this project as well. The Supply Pack makes one 2D Rooster and includes: PreFelt Top Coat and Merino colors Variety of house-dyed locks in perfect rooster colors This Supply Pack is a LEVEL 2.
