Superintendent ID Sign

Ensure your building complies with NYC superintendent identification requirements using a durable Superintendent ID Sign. Designed for residential properties, this sign clearly identifies the building superintendent and provides essential contact information for tenants, emergency responders, and city inspectors.  What This Sign is For: A Superintendent ID Sign identifies the building superintendent and provides occupants, emergency personnel, and city agencies with the superintendent's name, apartment or office location, and contact information. The sign helps ensure that a responsible person can be quickly contacted to address maintenance issues, emergencies, inspections, and other building-related concerns.  Legal Requirement Explained: The New York City Housing Maintenance Code requires many residential buildings to identify the building superintendent or other responsible managing individual.
