Superconscious Mind

This EEG-monitored program of verbally guided meditations enhanced with gamma audio technology will usher you into that Superconscious Mind and help you maintain its expanded awareness in your daily life. Based on nearly 50 years of brain wave research by the Institute for the Awakened Mind, this program’s verbally guided meditations, composed and voiced by Judith Pennington, will usher you into the non-local field for creative insights, healing, and transformation. Gamma audio signals composed by Monroe sound engineer Bob Holbrook will support your journey by creating balanced coherence in your brain waves and body.    Following the format of Monroe’s Discovery program, you will be hooked up to the Mind Mirror EEG on four consecutive mornings and lie comfortably in anti-gravity chairs positioned around tables in David Francis Hall. A series of guided meditations and freeflow exercises will expand you into a felt awareness of your heart, chakra system, biofield, higher self, and the quantum field of energy and information. The verbal instructions in the guided meditations will stimulate consciousness changes and help you match those felt states (internal landmarks) with the brain wave patterns sketched by your Mind Mirror monitor. Reimagining your landmarks will enable you to return to those higher states and condition superconsciousness. On Thursday afternoon, you will receive a detailed report on your brain wave progress during the week.   The afternoon program intersperses freeflow exercises with guided meditations. Geared to discovery, self-healing, and problem-solving, the guided meditations will provide you with useful insights from your subconscious and landmark superconscious states you can reproduce at will. Group activities during the evening program include: Two short alpha meditations revealing empowering qualities and characteristics. The science, brain wave patterns, and experiential practice of hands-on healing Dream interpretation and the symbolic language of the subconscious mind Exercising the psychic senses by using a 7-step process for intuitive readings Closing meditation to help you crystallize your gains during the week. A separate program of guided meditations provided in CHEC units is available for those who do not wish to join the evening activities.
