It's a movement almost as primal as a deadlift: Put something heavy on your shoulders and walk with it. Speaking of heavy, this yoke allows you to get VERY heavy. At the last LTT Seminar, Andy Deck had almost 800 pounds on our Super Yoke. After a full training session of slams, scrapes, drops, and long carries, this yoke was good as new and ready for more. Weighs 310 pounds empty.
