By removing the anthraquinones, the caustic components in the aloe plant that cause diarrhea, Super-Strength Aloe Vera supplements are gentle and highly effective for those with pelvic pain, bladder pain and inflammation associated with Interstitial Cystitis (IC), Bladder Pain Syndrome (BPS), Overactive Bladder (OAB) and additional autoimmune related conditions. Vegan, gluten-free and contains no anthraquinones, fillers or artificial ingredients. New look, same great product! Desert Harvest recently updated their label for the new batch of Aloe Vera. "SSAV" is an acronym for Super-Strength Aloe Vera, so rest assured, it’s the exact same product with the original formula that you love. A Note on Moisture Absorption If you notice our powder hardening over time, don’t worry—it absorbs moisture from the air because it’s so hydrophilic. Rest assured, this does not affect the formula’s potency or effectiveness. Every dose still delivers the same powerful benefits! *These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
