Thorne - Super EPA Pro - 120 caps

Super EPA Pro offers higher levels of EPA (650 mg per gelcap), which have been shown to enhance metabolism of blood fats, including triglycerides.* The two most important omega-3 fatty acids from fish, EPA and DHA, provide significant benefits to the cardiovascular system.* They support good circulation by promoting healthy blood vessels, by enhancing vascular endothelial function and blood flow, and by maintaining already normal triglyceride and cholesterol levels.*  Studies demonstrate that the greater the concentration of EPA in a capsule, the more effective it can be in maintaining healthy triglyceride levels.* Super EPA Pro contains 650 mg EPA per capsule. Supercritical Fluid Technology (a CO2 extraction process) enhances purity and creates a highly-concentrated product. Super EPA Pro is also easy to swallow, with a capsule size that is 20-percent smaller than equivalent competitor products. And Super EPA Pro contains omega-3 oils from a sustainable source. When it comes to omega-3 fish oil, it's what is NOT in the capsule that can make a difference. For example, a typical 1,000 mg fish oil capsule might contain 300-500 mg of omega-3s but also 500-700 mg of other saturated and unsaturated fats per capsule – fats that can interfere with the efficacy of the omega-3s. The higher purity and greater concentration of Thorne's Super EPA Pro means you're getting the maximum omega-3 benefit possible. The low temperatures used in Supercritical Fluid Technology ensures the maintenance of the oil's molecular integrity. During this state-of-the-art process, the oil is extracted under a nitrogen blanket to ensure the oil stays fresh throughout the process by preventing the oil from being oxidized. Super EPA Pro contains omega-3 oils extracted from anchovies that have been harvested from pristine Peruvian waters. The fish oil is from schools of anchovies that are monitored closely by sonar buoys to determine how many fish are in a particular area, which prevents depletion of the population. The result is the most sustainable source of wild fish in the marketplace.
