AEV Front Bumper for 2023+ Ford Super Duty

Most aftermarket bumpers look fabricated. This one looks engineered — because it is. The 2023+ Super Duty is one of the most refined heavy-duty trucks Ford has ever built. So why bolt on something that looks like it came off a welder’s bench? The AEV Front Bumper was engineered — not fabricated — to complement the factory body lines of the F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550. Using 4mm stamped steel construction and OEM-level manufacturing processes, this bumper integrates with your truck like it was a factory option. It’s protection without the aftermarket look. Capability without compromise. Aftermarket bumpers often sacrifice approach angle with bulky overhang and unnecessary protrusion. The AEV Front Bumper was designed to stay as high and tight to the body as possible — preserving clearance while adding serious protection. The result? A front end that works harder off-road without looking oversized on-road. Standard corners: Clear up to 37” tires Short corners (for use with AEV HighMark Flares): Designed for 40” tire clearance This is a perfectly balanced design — proportion, protection, and performance working together. Full ADAS & Radar Integration (No Guesswork) Modern Super Dutys rely on advanced safety systems — front park assist, adaptive cruise radar, and emergency braking modules. Most aftermarket bumpers don’t validate for these systems—we do. The AEV Front Bumper is fully compatible with: Front Park Assist (FPA) Adaptive Cruise Control Radar Emergency Braking Systems Factory sensors and wiring harnesses remain plug-and-play. No warning lights. No calibration drama. No compromises. Because capability should never come at the cost of functionality. Frame-Mounted Recovery. Exceeds OEM-Level Strength. Surface-mounted recovery points look strong. Frame-mounted recovery points are strong. The AEV Front Bumper features two closed-loop, cast iron recovery points mounted directly to the chassis and engineered to exceed OEM load requirements. When things get real, this is what matters. Winch-Ready. Work-Ready. The factory bumper wasn’t built for recovery. This one is. The AEV Front Bumper accommodates: Warn® 16.5ti Warn® M12000 / M15000 ComeUp® 16.5RSI / 16.5RS ComeUp® 20K Clean integration. No awkward add-ons. No airflow compromise. And speaking of airflow… The AEV Super Duty Front Bumper is not compatible with the Warn Ford Performance Super Duty Winch (Super Duty Tremor Winch). No Impact on Cooling Performance Heavy-duty trucks work hard. Towing, hauling, climbing grades — cooling matters. The AEV Front Bumper is engineered to maintain proper airflow to the intercooler and cooling stack, with no adverse effect on vehicle performance. Protection without overheating. Exactly how it should be. OEM-Quality Construction This isn’t a welded plate bumper. It’s a precision-manufactured component. 4mm stamped steel construction 3-piece stamped outer shell Welded backside brackets Multi-stage zinc, e-coat and powder coat finish for maximum corrosion resistance Stamped steel allows for complex curves and crisp body alignment — the kind that visually matches the Super Duty’s factory design language. It looks right because it’s built right. Lighting & Accessory Integration Accepts OE fog lights (XL trim requires additional components) Compatible with AEV 7000 Series Off-Road Light Kit Optional AEV corner skid guards Everything integrates cleanly — no clutter, no afterthought brackets. Vehicle Fitment Fits 2023+ Ford F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 Compatible with all trim levels (XL trim level requires additional factory components) Why AEV? At AEV, we design products as cohesive systems — not bolt-on statements. Our stamped steel construction, corrosion-resistant coatings, and integration-first philosophy reflect our OEM-level engineering standards. This isn’t about looking aggressive. It’s about building something that belongs on the truck.
