When you see "Super Gigantic or Colossal" used to describe our King Crab legs, you are looking at the absolute largest, most impressive, and most exclusive size available on the market. "Super Colossal" is the highest size grade, guaranteeing a truly spectacular and luxurious seafood experience. Here’s what Super Gigantic means for you:   The Biggest, Most Impressive Legs: Weight: A single Super Colossal King Crab leg typically weighs between 0.95 to 1.25+ pounds (or approximately 15.5oz to over 20 ounces). The Meat: These legs yield exceptionally thick, long, and satisfying ropes of sweet, tender meat. This size maximizes the amount of pure crab meat you get in every bite. The Exclusive "Count" System: In the seafood trade, crab is graded by the number of legs it takes to equal a 10-pound box, known as the "count." A Super Gigantic, or Colossal size is typically a 4/7 count. This is the rarest and most desirable count, meaning it takes only 4 to 7 legs to reach 10 pounds. This confirms that each individual leg is truly enormous. The Ultimate "Wow" Factor: Due to their size, Super Gigantic, or Colossal legs are often considered more than a single-person portion, making them incredible centerpieces for any special occasion. They offer the maximum visual appeal and an unparalleled eating experience.
