Supair STRIKE 3 Harness hike & fly

Supair STRIKE 3 Harness For hike & fly There are flights we plan. And those we decide on the spur of the moment. Designed to explore all terrains with complete simplicity, the STRIKE 3 is the one piece of equipment that lets you take off anywhere, anytime, without ever compromising performance. Lighter, more compact and as intuitive as ever, this third generation modernizes the STRIKE line to make it a truly versatile harness. Designed to follow you as naturally on demanding climbs as on ambitious cross-country flights, it adapts to every plan without ever holding you back. It strikes the perfect balance between the lightness of hike and fly and the comfort required for long hours in the air. The STRIKE 3 is a harness designed for pilots who no longer want to compromise. No more choosing between lightness and support. No more choosing between hike and fly and performance A summit reached at dawn. An impromptu takeoff. A long transition. A day that turns more ambitious than expected. It has been developed to adapt to every phase of your flying with complete versatility. True to the DNA of the line, this new generation retains stable and reassuring behavior, designed to inspire immediate confidence, even in dynamic conditions. The overall balance has been refined to deliver precise, consistent and predictable handling. The design team has optimized the weight-to-durability ratio to deliver a more aerodynamic harness, free from unnecessary features. Its redesigned structure improves the fit and ensures precise back support, particularly during prolonged accelerated flight. In flight, the STRIKE 3 disappears to make room for pure flying sensations. The cocoon provides supportive comfort without restriction, allowing you to stay composed in thermals while maintaining efficient glide on transitions. Comfort and precision work together to support every input. Because an all-round harness should also simplify the pilot’s life, the STRIKE 3 focuses on ease of use and intuitive operation: straightforward setup, accessible adjustments and smooth transitions from takeoff to landing. Every detail is designed to work seamlessly, even in the mountains or when wearing gloves. More than just an evolution, the STRIKE 3 significantly improves packability. Compact and discreet in your bag, it follows you on the most demanding climbs without adding unnecessary weight to your gear. One harness. All terrains. All moments. The STRIKE 3 is not about specialization. It is about balance. It does it all.  WHEN IT MATTERS MOST. There are the obvious summits and the unexpected detours. The calm mornings and the conditions that demand more. The STRIKE 3 is built for these contrasts. Built on high-level competition heritage, it turns every air mass into a smooth trajectory. More stable on glide, more precise in thermals, it reduces fatigue to leave only the pleasure of flying. Lightweight for the climb. Stable on glide. Comfortable and durable. Precise to engage. From one demanding flight to the next, it makes no compromises. One piece of equipment for all terrains and every ambition. SERENE ACCESS TO COCON PERFORMANCE. Taking your first steps in a cocoon should feel natural. The STRIKE 3 has been designed to make this transition intuitive and highly effective. More than just a harness, it is a well-balanced flying machine that forgives and supports the pilot. Its new geometry provides stability in roll, allowing you to focus on piloting rather than managing your position in the harness. Remarkable simplicity: a quick-connect system designed for safe and error-free setup. Stability: a structure that filters the air mass to provide precise and consistent control, even in strong thermals. Immediate comfort: a sloped cockpit that provides perfect instrument visibility from your very first transitions. Discreet technology: benefit from improved aerodynamic efficiency and a rear fairing, without the complexity of more demanding harnesses. The STRIKE 3 breaks down the barriers between recreational pilots and high-performance cocoon flying. It not only takes you further, it gives you the confidence to do so.   MORE THAN JUST A HARNESS. YOUR TRAVEL COMPANION. The STRIKE 3 is more than just technical equipment; it is the companion that shares your longest days in the air. It is there, compact on your back, when the trail steepens and the effort builds. It becomes your precision cockpit when the clouds open and the cross-country flight begins. And when evening comes, it transforms: its storage volume and rear pocket carry your bivouac essentials, making it the heart of your camp at the summit. Daytime: pure glide performance and stability inherited from competition. Evening: smart storage that stays with you. Everywhere: lightweight without compromising strength. Whether it is a quick morning flight or a multi-day mountain crossing, it adapts to your pace. It does not just support the adventure, it makes it possible. The STRIKE 3 does not just follow you. It takes you further.   Compatible practices Hike & Fly ✓ Cross country ✓ bivouac flight ✓ Walking and flight competition ✓ Travel ✓   Technical Data S M L Pilot height (cm) 5’1″–5’9″ 5’7″ – 6’1″ 180 – 200 cm Rider weight (kg) 50–70 kg 143–187 lbs 75–120 kg Weight of the harness (kg) 2.02 kg 2.15 kg 2.28 kg A – Back height (cm) 60 66 72 B – Height of backrest adjustments (cm) 35 38 41 C – Length of seat (cm) 42 44 46 D – Width of seat (cm) 32 32 36 E – Height of attachment points (cm) 47 47 48 F – Distance between attachment points (cm) 43 43 45 G – speedbag length speedbag cm) Storage capacity (L) 64L 68L 70L Volume rescue parachute (L) 2L to 4.8L 2L to 4.8L 2L to 4.8L Measures: Features steering Walking and flight Cross country – Bivouac Compatible with first cocoon Position: sitting to 3/4 lying For pilots regular and experienced users flight behavior by applying more consistent Stability Security Inflatable protection 3 Auto stability legstraps Carabiners EDELRID AURA Carabiners New Loops system to lock the structure: Simple and effective Anti-forgetfulness Variable volume back emergency pocket New Handle pocket closure system for added safety when handling the harness no POD ).
