Sunterra Outdoor Griddle - Flat Panel

Get a Flat, Even Cooking Surface With the Sunterra Outdoor Griddle Flat Panel This flat-panel griddle sits directly on the grate support frame of your Sunterra grilling system — no hardware, no fuss. You get radiant heat without direct grate contact, so eggs stay intact, vegetables cook evenly, and smash burgers get that crisp edge you're after. Set it over live fire and let the flat surface do the work for flatbreads, hash, and anything else that shouldn't fall through the grates. Built for Split-Grate Cooking and 14 Gauge Durability The griddle rests directly over live fire, giving you the even, radiant heat that direct grate contact can't — no scorched veggies, no eggs falling through the grate. Direct Fit — worried about extra brackets or hardware? This griddle sits right on the grate support frame, no assembly required. 14 Gauge Construction — thin, flimsy griddles warp under heat; this one's built in 14 gauge steel or stainless for lasting flatness. Split-Grate Flexibility — need direct fire and flat-top at the same time? On split-grate configurations, the griddle covers one section while the other stays open for direct cooking. Two Sizes, Matched to Your Grill — available in Medium (19" x 19.5") and Large (20.5" x 25") to match your specific grill configuration. Steel or Stainless Steel — choose the material that fits your maintenance routine and budget, both built to the same 14 gauge standard. V-Channel Grate Available Separately — on the Santa Maria 30" and 36" and the Argentine Side Brasero 48", removing the grates leaves a gap; a small V-channel grate fills it.
