Sunset Beach House Plan

Just beautiful, the Sunset Beach house plan has 3096 square feet of living area. The Victorian-style manor of the Sunset Beach home plan is in perfect proportion and long on views with a gazebo-styled front porch. The Sunset Beach has a dramatic foyer that opens to a sweeping circular staircase and views that extend the length of the house. The leisure room and nook create an open casual living area with the kitchen, which accesses the formal dining room through a butler's pantry. The overall plan is convenient, attractive and flows well. However, the most unique features of this Victorian-style beach house floor plan are in the multitude of built-ins. The study features a window seat and cabinetry, while the leisure room hosts a media center. The master retreat of the Sunset Beach encompasses the remainder of the main level. There are two large his and hers walk in closets for ample storage space. The master bath has both a walk in shower and Whirlpool soaking tub surrounded by windows. There are two separate vanities with sinks. The master bedroom overlooks a private master lanai with a separate area to walk out to the private lanai through French doors. From the grand foyer, there is the beautiful spiral staircase. Upstairs, three bedrooms share two full baths. One of the three bedrooms has a window seat, while another has a writing center and the loft space boasts a computer center. The covered lanai wraps around the corner to an outdoor kitchen. The Utility room opens to the garage with two bays with extra storage space in the garage. The plan sits on a slab/stemwall foundation.
