Sunseeker X4 (LiDar) - (0.3 acre)

Your lawn doesn't take weekends off. Neither should you. The Sunseeker X4 is a wire-free robotic mower for homeowners who want a well-kept yard without giving up Saturdays. It maps your property automatically using 360 LiDAR and Vision AI - no boundary wire to bury, no perimeter cable to install, no multi-day setup project. You set it up once. It handles the rest. Who the Sunseeker X4 Is Built For This mower is the right fit if: Your mowing area is up to 0.3 acres (about 13,000 sq ft) You want wire-free setup without compromising on navigation quality Your yard has obstacles, garden beds, or areas you need to protect You want a mower that handles multi-zone lawns through an app You'd rather buy from an authorized dealer than take a warranty gamble on a box-ship marketplace listing If your yard is larger than 0.3 acres, see the Sunseeker X7 or compare the Segway Navimow X4. What Makes the X4 Different Wire-Free From Day One No boundary wire. No buried cable. The X4 uses 360 LiDAR and Vision AI to map your yard and establish its own virtual perimeter. Setup is an afternoon - not a weekend. And if your yard layout changes, you update the map in the app. It Actually Sees Obstacles Most entry-level mowers bump into things and back up. The X4 detects objects before it reaches them using omnidirectional LiDAR. It reads the environment in 3D and plots a path around obstacles, not through them. Obstacle clearance up to 1.6 inches. Works day or night. Intelligent Path Planning Automatic 3D lawn mapping generates an efficient mowing route based on your actual yard layout. That means fewer missed strips, cleaner passes, and better coverage across irregular lawn shapes - not just open squares. Multi-Zone and No-Go Zone Control Front yard, back yard, side strip. The X4 handles them all as separate zones. Designate no-go zones around your patio, pool, garden beds, or anything the mower should stay away from. Set it in the app in minutes. Smart, Connected, and Low-Maintenance App control from anywhere. OTA updates so the mower stays current. Auto rain detection so it heads home when weather turns. Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant compatible for voice control. This is a mower that works in the background while you do something better. It uses 360 3D LiDAR and Vision AI to map your yard and establish its own boundary. There is no buried cable or perimeter wire installation required. What size lawn can the Sunseeker X4 handle? The X4 is rated for up to 0.3 acres of mowing area, which is approximately 13,000 square feet. If your mowing area is larger, the Sunseeker X7 or Segway Navimow X4 may be a better fit. How does the Sunseeker X4 avoid obstacles? The X4 uses omnidirectional 360 3D LiDAR combined with Vision AI to detect obstacles from all directions before contact. It can detect and navigate around objects up to 1.6 inches in height, day or night. This is more reliable than single-camera or contact-sensor-only systems. Can I set up multiple mowing zones and no-go areas? Yes. Through the companion app you can define separate mowing zones for different lawn areas (front yard, back yard, side strips) and designate no-go zones around patios, pools, garden beds, or other areas you want the mower to avoid. Can the Sunseeker X4 handle slopes? Yes. The Sunseeker X4 is rated to handle slopes up to 45% grade (about 24°). For dependable traction near that limit, keep the grass within the X4's cutting-height range and the drive wheels clear of debris. If your yard has steeper hills, an all-wheel-drive model like the Segway Navimow X4 or a Mammotion LUBA is a better fit. Does the X4 work in rain? The X4 has automatic rain detection. When it senses rain, it returns to its charging station automatically and waits for conditions to improve before resuming its schedule. Does it work with Alexa or Google Assistant? Yes. The Sunseeker X4 is compatible with both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for voice commands, in addition to full control through the app. How does setup work? Place the charging station in an appropriate location. Use the app to run the initial mapping routine - the mower will scan your yard and build a 3D map. Set your zones, no-go areas, and mowing schedule. The X4 handles everything from there. Most users complete initial setup in an afternoon without any specialized tools or wire installation. What if I need to change my yard map later? You can remap or adjust zones at any time through the app. OTA updates also keep the mower's software current automatically.
