Exfoliate prior to application for instant and even bronzing (please see suggested steps in my  carousel of pictures.) Wash hands thoroughly after application. Apply as much self-tanning gel as desired to dry. This is a BUILDABLE gel meaning apply thin layer, allow to dry fully then add another thin layer. This allows you to make you tan as dark or light as you want.  Wait a few minutes to make sure Insta Glow is completely dry before dressing.
