NEW: Summer Unwind

Some teas are made for morning or evening routines. We created this one for the moments in between. Slow summer afternoons, trips to the farmers market, days by the pool or at the beach, and those rare days when there's absolutely nowhere you need to be (those are my favorite!). Our Summer Unwind tea is a blend of hibiscus, peppermint, rosehips, and lavender, and it tastes like summer in a cup. It's bright, refreshing, and our favorite way to enjoy it is iced with a touch of local honey.  And coming from a woman in perimenopause, this tea blend is a lifesaver! It helps take the edge off of hot flashes and keeps your body and sanity feeling cool when it feels like a hundred degrees outside. We love keeping a pitcher in the fridge throughout the summer. You can also freeze the tea in ice cube trays and drop a few cubes into a glass of cold water for a splash of flavor.  However you're spending your summer -- whether you're relaxing in your backyard, harvesting herbs from your garden, sharing a meal with family, or watching the sunset -- this blend is for those moments. ♥️ Herbs included in this blend help to:  Cools and refreshes the body, especially when served iced Naturally rich in antioxidants and vitamin C May help support healthy circulation Helps you feel calm and at ease Promotes a relaxed, uplifted mood Ingredients: *Hibiscus, *Peppermint, *Rosehips, *Lavender (*Organic) Caffeine Free.
