Summer Trousers - Black

Like so many of our favorite brands, Attractions was born from an appreciation of vintage clothing. Originally founded in 2006, Attractions began as a vintage reseller, importing pieces from the United States and UK before starting their own production in 2011. Their experience in the vintage world provided them with the knowledge and inspiration necessary to develop their own styles, growing into an impressive and unique brand in a market saturated with alternatives. Attractions' Summer Trousers are a lightweight seasonal version of their Heritage work pants — an excellent "old world" casual pant (that you could certainly get away with dressing up in modern times) with a creased front and a handsome taper. Cut with a comfortable medium high rise, they feature an athletic leg with a noticeable taper the whole way down the leg and ending with an opening that looks great with most publicly acceptable footwear (just nothing gaudy). They're made from a 100% linen canvas fabric with a slightly irregular low-tension weave and a dry hand. After construction, the linen is finished with a bioprocess to soften the yarns, giving the fabric a relaxed drape and comfortable texture. The other details are simple but fitting, from the button fly, to the horizontally sewn waistband (a tailoring trick that increases longevity by resisting the amount of mechanical stretch in the waist), to the extra chunky folded cuff, they're low key but extremely appealing. They've got two front pockets and two rear pockets for storing all your stuff, with darts running down the seat for additional shaping. Wash cold and hang dry. 100% linen Mediumweight linen canvas Irregular weave Bioprocess finish Medium rise Rear darts for shaping Horizontal waistband Two front pockets Two rear pockets Full thigh Tapered fit Reinforced cuff Creased legs Button fly Wash cold and hang dry Custom labels Made in Japan
