We roast this Organic Sumatra a little darker than our usual to draw out notes of cocoa and spice with a syrupy body and a balanced acidity. The unique green coffee processing style in Sumatra creates a wild, rich flavor profile specific to the region. Sumatra, an Indonesian island, produces much of the nation’s coffee. Indonesia itself produces a fifth of the world's coffee. NOTE: Our coffee is shipped out within 2 days of roast date, and shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
