Sugar Phoenix

LIGHT/MEDIUM ROAST - 12 OUNCE WHOLE BEAN Flavor notes of Almond Butter, Berry Jam, with a Floral Finish There’s a brief second, just before the first sip, where anticipation hangs in the air. Most coffees collapse under the weight of that moment but Sugar Phoenix rises, unfolding with depth, intrigue, and a richness that refuses to be ignored. It starts long before the roast, in Regenerative Organic Certified farms, where coffee plants grow in living soil, their roots pulling nutrients from a thriving ecosystem rather than depleted earth. These beans aren’t just farmed, they’re nurtured. They’re allowed to develop sugars naturally, absorbing the richness of their environment before they even touch the roaster. The result? A coffee that isn’t just smooth and complex, it’s alive. The first sip pulls you in, a wave of almond butter creaminess, rich yet delicate, coating the palate like the first bite of a perfectly flaky pastry. Then comes the weight, a deep, jammy body bursting with ripe berries, dense and structured, like a spoonful of red fruit compote simmered to perfection. And finally, the slow fade, a lingering sweetness, light and floral, like the last notes of wild honey and orange blossom drifting on a warm breeze. This is coffee at its most elevated. Stunning on its own, exquisite in a cortado or latte, and just as remarkable as a pour-over or French press, where its structured complexity shines in a new way. And the world has taken notice. Sugar Phoenix is a 2023 Good Food Award Winner!, chosen from 1,700 competitors in a blind tasting for its unparalleled flavor and commitment to sustainability. It’s also a two-time Golden Bean Awards (2022 & 2023), earning top honors in the largest roasting competition in the world. But accolades only confirm what we already know: this is coffee at its peak. Crafted using The Culinary Roast™, sourced exclusively from 100% Regenerative Organic Certified farms, and roasted with the same artistry found in the world’s finest kitchens. Most coffees fuel the day. This one stays with you long after the cup is empty. Sugar Phoenix is 100% Regenerative Organic Certified, USDA Organic Certified, and Fair Trade Certified as well as Kosher.
