Sugar N Spice

Sugar N Spice (Light Roast) Low Acid: Yes. Up to 70% lower acid than national brands. See and analytical page for verification. Description: One of classic flavored coffees. Perfect around the holidays, but we make it fresh year round.  A pleasant cinnamon coffee with a ample amount of vanilla undertone and sweet nutty  finish. These flavors work very well together. The aroma is comforting. Very enjoyable to drink. Also, available in decaf. Cupping Notes: Subtle body and coffee taste. Sweet cinnamon notes, and hint of vanilla and nut . Aromatics of this coffee say Christmas. Handcrafted Each flavored coffee is done by hand. We take the time on each bag to make sure it is thoroughly and uniformly flavored, so each cup is consistent and enjoyable to drink. Not only does the handcrafting the coffee improve the taste of the flavor coffee, we are also able to use the coffee that was roasted that day. Flavored coffees are not sitting around aging, rather they are roasting and hand flavored before they ship out. It does take a little more time to do it this way, but result is worth it.  Slow Roasting Since 2004, we have been slow roasting the coffee at higher temperatures for a much longer duration. This yields a much more natural tasting coffee with out the bright bitter taste and high acidity levels that negatively affect people's health. Plus, it involves no pretreatments, additives, or complicated processes. As a result, you can enjoy a more pleasant cup of coffee that is easier on your body. Low Acid Mavericks coffees are amongst the lowest acid coffees in the United States. Up to 80% lower acid than national brands, our coffees are independently lab tested, certified, and have industry leading pH scores. You can view our Analytical reports here. The Taste We slow roast coffee because we love the rich and smooth taste it creates. (It just happens that it is the best way to remove acid from coffee). Our signature slow roasted flavor is in every pound coffee we roast. Enjoy all the things you like about coffee and none of the things you don't.
