Styx SL Aero Skewers

Styx SL Lightweight Skewers: The Lightest Skewers Ever Made For cyclists focused on minimizing every possible gram, the Styx SL Lightweight Skewers offer the perfect balance of weight savings and performance. Weighing in at an incredible 19 grams per set, the Styx SL skewers are the lightest on the market. These lightweight skewers feature a dual-lock design ensuring no "chewing" motion in the fork dropout—common with standard skewers. Each side of the skewer locks into the fork dropout independently, and the thru-bolt secures the system, reducing wear and improving stability. The Styx SL uses a T25 bolt head, allowing for precise torque input with a standard tool, preventing accidental cam-out or bolt stripping. Crafted from T6-6061 aluminum alloy, the Styx SL skewer offers a perfect balance of strength and weight savings. However, due to its aluminum construction, we recommend an input of 4.5 Nm on each skewer, with regular torque checks before each ride for optimal performance. The Styx SL Lightweight Skewers are perfect for riders looking to achieve the ultimate weight savings without sacrificing functionality. With their innovative dual-lock design and world-class lightweight construction, they set the standard for bike weight reduction.
