This petticoat is made of 100% nylon crystal fabric. A very tightly woven fabric with tons of sparkles. The hem includes fish line to help this gorgeous petticoat stand out for everyone to see. It is encased with elastic at the waistband, measuring 18" ( and stretching out to a max of 40") and has an adjustable broadcloth poly/cotton top that is adjustable, 1”, 2”, or 3” longer. Now each length is available in regular fullness or SUPER full ! Two tiers is 10"-13" long and the 3 tier is 15"-18" long.
