SQM Strip Steak or "New York Strip" steak are one of our favorite steaks. Full of flavor with great marbling, these boneless steaks are great on the grill or cooked on the stove stop. Our strip steaks are hand cut and dry aged. 1.5" thick. A great steak! Weights and Sizes are as follows: • Small up to .8 lbs • Medium .8-1.1 lbs • Large 1.25 lbs + **For special requests and thicker cuts, contact the farm directly!
