String Games

Remember playing Cat's Cradle when you were little? I do! With my Grandma! String games are one of the oldest games in human history, involving creating various string figures, either individually or by passing a loop of string back and forth between two or more players. Games can range from simple to complex, so practice and patience are required! Many parents carry string games along on trips, to restaurants, and visits with relatives as a way to pass the time and share tricks with their children. Handmade and dyed in California by my son Noah in all the colors of the rainbow.  Open-ended play with String Games will keep children amused as they use their imagination to create different patterns and unique shapes! Promotes development by building finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination, patience, communication, and encouraging the growth of neural pathways in our brains - Read More Game instructions can be found here. Great party favors! Ages 5 and up.
