Strawberry Lemon-Lime Syrup

This is summer in a bottle. Real strawberry puree blended with key lime and lemon for a craft strawberry lemonade flavor with the kind of bright citrus snap that keeps it from veering into kid-juice territory. It's the syrup we reach for when we want a drink that tastes like the first warm weekend of the year. Mix an ounce with sparkling water for a strawberry lemonade soda kids and grown-ups will fight over. Stir it into vodka and lemon for a Strawberry Tom Collins. Add it to tequila and ice for a strawberry margarita that beats anything blended with frozen berries. Splash it into Prosecco for a brunch cocktail that tastes like a vacation. Equally happy at a kid's birthday party or a backyard cocktail hour. A: Our syrups are shelf-stable for 24 months unopened. Once opened, refrigerate and enjoy within 6 months. Q: Is the Strawberry Lemon-Lime syrup overly sweet? A: Less sweet than commercial strawberry lemonade or strawberry sodas. Because the tartness from real lemon and key lime puree balances out the cane sugar, the flavor reads as bright and balanced rather than candy-sweet. Most people find a 1 oz pour with 6 oz of mixer hits the right balance — adjust up or down to taste. Q: Is Strawberry Lemon-Lime syrup kid-friendly? A: Definitely — it's one of our most kid-loved flavors. Mix 1 oz with 6 oz of sparkling water for a strawberry soda that beats anything in a cooler. Stir it into lemonade for a strawberry pink lemonade. The flavor reads as "real strawberry," not artificial-pink-flavor, which is why kids tend to ask for more.
