Straightpoint WireLink Plus Tension Load Cell

Excluding a built-in display, Straightpoint's WireLink Plus is similar to the very popular RadioLink and LoadLink Plus digital dynamometer tension load cells. A non-indicating load link is designed to be used in conjunction with a cabled handheld plus digital display (HHP), desktop controller PC software (DCP10M), and can ever be connected to a wireless transmitter to form part of a wireless system in combination with specific computer software - please contact our sales team for more information on the DCP10M load monitoring software. Manufactured from aerospace-grade aluminum, the WireLink Plus has an advanced internal design structure that provides operators with an unmatched strength-to-weight ratio. This range of cabled (wired) load links are extremely lightweight, easy to handle and operate, hence why they are trusted throughout the world across an extensive range of industries for lifting and pulling activities, as well as proof and structural load testing with capacities ranging from 1 tonne right up to 300 tonnes. Supplied with a 10 meter cable as standard, the WireLink Plus, however, can also be supplied with lengths up to 1,500m depending on output format. Analogue output options include: - 3 Wire 0-10v - 3 Wire 0-5v - 4 Wire +/- 10v - 3 Wire 4-20mA - 2 Wire 4-20mA Constructed of lightweight aerospace grade aluminium Available in capacities ranging from 1 - 300 tonnes High accuracy Multiple output options include mV/V, analogue out, ASCII, MODBUS RTU and CAN-BUS Available in IP68 Environmental protection Options for subsea available Model Capacity (kg) Weight (kg) Saftey Factor Operating Temperature Protection A (mm) B (mm) C (mm) D (mm) E (mm) F (mm) G (mm) Crosby Shackle Size Loading Pin Diameter (mm) WLP1T 1000 1.4 12:1 -10˚C Up to 50˚C IP67 204 43 101 146 24.5 48 19 G2130 19 WLP2T5 2500 1.4 5:1 -10˚C Up to 50˚C IP67 204 43 101 146 24.5 48 19 G2130 19 WLP5T 5000 2 5:1 -10˚C Up to 50˚C IP67 249 43 101 165 38 66 32 G2130 25 WLP12T 12,000 3.2 5:1 -10˚C Up to 50˚C IP67 305 47 101 193 47.5 G2130 35 WLP25T 25,000 5 5:1 -10˚C Up to 50˚C IP67 340 60 115 215 55 G2130 51 WLP35T 35,000 8.6 5:1 -10˚C Up to 50˚C IP67 393 75 126 225 60 G2130 57 WLP50T 50,000 11.5 5:1 -10˚C Up to 50˚C IP67 424 75 163 230 76 G2140 57 WLP75T 75,000 16 5:1 -10˚C Up to 50˚C IP67 470 75 202 260 76 G2140 70 WLP100T 100,000 34 5:1 -10˚C Up to 50˚C IP67 608 99 255 320 109 G2140 83 WLP150T 150,000 46 4:1 -10˚C Up to 50˚C IP67 670 99 303 360 109 G2140 95 WLP200T 200,000 72 5:1 -10˚C Up to 50˚C IP67 700 144 320 350 132 G2140 121 WLP250T 250,000 72 4:1 -10˚C Up to 50˚C IP67 700 144 320 350 132 G2140 127 WLP300T 300,000 118 5:1 -10˚C Up to 50˚C IP67 806 150 426 350 160 G2140 152
