Storyasking - Professional Development

Storyasking—the strategy of co-creating a story with students—is a fun and powerful way to help students build target-language proficiency and take ownership of their learning. In this session, discover the exact techniques, planning, and follow-up strategies that make storyasking an effective tool for second language acquisition. You’ll leave prepared to ask scripted or unscripted stories, coach students in the necessary procedures, and build successful lessons around storyasking. This is a 90-minute virtual session for as many teachers as you would like to include! Support the teachers in your department, district, or organization with this expert training session. After you add this item to your cart and either check out or request a quote, we will contact you to arrange a time that works for your group. Storyasking is also available as a full-day in-person workshop. Teacher’s Discovery is all about helping teachers grow their skills and provide their students with top-notch instruction and materials.
