Storm Alpha Crux High-Performance Balls For those who loved the original Alpha Crux, or never got the chance to throw it, now is your opportunity to see what you were missing. The Alpha Crux returns, upgraded for today’s conditions and ready to dominate heavier volumes of oil. Bowlers can expect that dependable Alpha Crux ball motion: strong and predictable through the midlane, a decisive move at the breakpoint, and exceptional control and power through the pins. The upgraded GI-26 (Game Improvement 2026) coverstock builds on the performance principles of the original, handling modern oil patterns while preserving the shot-to-shot consistency that made the first Alpha Crux a favorite. At the heart of the design, the Catalyst Weight Block returns, preserving the dynamic characteristics that defined the Crux Series. Paired with cutting-edge A.I. Core Technology, this system amplifies energy transfer and hitting power while enhancing overall motion, delivering a stronger, more effective continuation through the pins. Catalyst Weight Block with A.I. Technology The Alpha Crux features the proven Catalyst Weight Block at its center, carrying forward the same design from previous Crux Series releases. Its unique inner cavity geometry ensures that drilling layouts preserve their intended dynamics without compromise. Built on this foundation, A.I. Core Technology enhances energy transfer, increases overall motion, and delivers more hitting power than ever. The combination creates a ball with precision, consistent motion, and powerful pin action.
