Smoking (Stop Smoking Forever) ~ Power Imaging/Hypnosis

Stop Smoking Forever — With positive messages addressing your feelings and attitudes, plus messages that make cigarettes unappealing to you, it is now possible and easy for you to stop smoking permanently. Lots of people smoke to relieve stress and anxiety, experience the false sense of pleasure smoking provides, suppress appetites, and more. Many smokers are addicted long before they become adults and most don’t even think about quitting until they have been smoking for many years. With all of this in place, quitting takes more than your will power to have a clean life free of cigarettes. There are over one-thousand million smokers in the world, which is an astonishing amount considering how much we all know tobacco is harmful to the body. There are many aspects to the smoking addiction. You know there’s more to overcoming your addiction than just tossing your cigarettes out. There is no good reason to smoke, but there are many serious reasons to quit! Learn the cause and the solution to your smoking habit. Imagine never wanting another cigarette again! Make the process easier for yourself by changing the self-talk that causes you to reach for another smoke. Train your brain to want the change. Quitting can help add years to your life. When you quit, you will enjoy the taste of foods more, have a clean and fresh mouth, clearer skin, more time, more money, and enjoy feeling healthy. You will have a sense of self-pride when you know you can live freely without tobacco, and people will notice. Take control of your health by quitting once and for all! Over time, you will greatly lower your risks of illness, feel and look healthier than before, and show your loved ones that a life without cigarettes is not only healthy, but easy and fun. Power Imaging assumes there is a reason for your inability to quit smoking. Using progressive relaxation and guided imagery, you will be led to a safe place where you can discern both the cause and the solution to your problem. Power Imaging also includes the patented and proven InnerTalk subliminal affirmations to re-script the way you think about yours self-worth and healthy image. Find the underlying reason for your inability to quit smoking cigrettes! Power Imaging should be played once or twice a day—simply put on your headphones, put your feet up, and close your eyes. Do not use while conscious attention is required, as when driving or operating machinery. Sample Affirmations "It's absurd to be controlled by cigarettes. Cigarettes stain teeth. Cigarettes stain skin tissue. I can do anything. I inhale through my nose. I exhale through my mouth. My mouth is clean. My breath is fresh. My teeth are clean. I keep my mouth clean. I smell good. I like to smell good. I look good. I am good. I am enough. I am at peace. I am energetic. I exercise. I enjoy exercise. I love exercising. Exercise is invigorating. Exercise is healthy. Exercise is good. Water is good," etc. Sound Samples Power Imaging is a very experiential program and as such, a sound sample of the track would not do it justice. In addition to the soundtrack and subliminal affirmations, there is a guided imagery program designed to put you into an altered state. In this state, the music is just one aspect of the entire experience. Usage Guide Power Imaging combines the InnerTalk subliminal affirmations with a complex, audible, guided imagery program. Power Imaging does not simply create a scene where you picture yourself succeeding; it assumes an underlying reason for your previous inability to succeed and works at both uncovering the source of the problem and in discovering the solution. Let Power Imaging take you on a true voyage of self-discovery! Power Imaging audio hypnosis programs require 45 minutes of eyes-closed imagery sessions. Simply close your eyes, put your feet up and enjoy the experience. More Information. CDH8002 Available in: Music CD - CDH8002 Downloadable MP3 - EH8002
