Stonehurst House Plan

This Modern home plan is especially designed for a narrow lot. If you are looking for an open floor plan home with a huge great room and you enjoy a large kitchen with an island and an amazing amount of counter space, this plan is for you. However the features do not end there. This design combines amazing features with modern conveniences that make this home perfect for anyone, even a multi-generational home. Bringing in the groceries from the 2-car garage directly into the expansive walk-in pantry couldn’t be easier. And when it comes to accessibility there is nothing better than an elevator. This feature makes this home ideal for anyone with mobility issues. When you take the elevator to the second floor, you’ll find quite a lot up there. Two of the three bedrooms have their own private full baths. The extra storage space is a welcome addition as is the large linen closet. The rear balcony gives two of the bedrooms that resort feel. Speaking of lifestyle, there is nothing better than getting outside. The outdoor kitchen provides the perfect excuse to spend the afternoon outside. With the outdoor fireplace and TV located in the Solana you have the perfect reason to stay out there all evening. If you choose to install a pool, and we suggest that you do, the pool bath located off the patio and kitchen makes entertaining effortless. Of course not every gathering is suited for the outdoors, but never fear, this home has an indoor fireplace that large or small groups can gather around. The owners of this home will definitely appreciate the seclusion the first floor master suite provides. The sliding glass doors give access to the back yard. While the master bath has a very large walk-in closet with a convenient bench seat that disguises a built-in safe. This home has the things you are looking for, however if we’ve missed something you’d like to add, let us know. Most of our homes can be modified to meet your needs.
