Trays can be covered with an eco-friendly food grade, NON TOXIC, water-based sealant, however this does add a bit of shine to the tray itself (wont be matte). I can add this sealant for you to ensure less stains occur, just send me a message or add a note when ordering. Dimensions of 7.5" tray: diameter 19.3 cm (7.5") Full exterior diameter 7.5" Interior diameter 7.1" height 0.7" As they are handcrafted, each piece is one of a kind and may slightly differ in color. Due to the nature of concrete trays will have some little imperfections such as air bubbles, unevenness or roughness. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Avoid contact with oily or colored liquids as they may stain the surface. Clean by gently wiping with a damp cloth. Don’t scrub. Don’t dishwash.
