Stingin' Hot Honey

Stingin' Hot Honey is not for the faint of heart. Made with ghost peppers and raw honey, it delivers a serious, slow-building heat that spice lovers are going to appreciate. The sweetness of the honey hits first, then the ghost pepper heat climbs and lingers — that's the nature of ghost peppers, and it's exactly what makes this one different from the mild stuff. We start with raw honey — never heated, never micro-filtered — and infuse it with real ghost peppers. The result is a hot honey that tastes like actual honey with actual heat, not a watered-down condiment with artificial pepper extract. Ways to use Stingin' Hot Honey: Drizzle it over pizza when you want more than a gentle kick. Use it as a wing sauce for people who mean it when they say they want heat. Brush it onto ribs, pulled pork, or grilled chicken for a glaze that caramelizes and builds as it cooks. Add a small drizzle to a cheese board — it pairs especially well with aged sharp cheddar or creamy blue cheese. Drop a spoonful into a Bloody Mary or spicy cocktail. Drizzle it over vanilla ice cream if you love the sweet-heat combination. Available in a 12 oz squeeze bottle. Ingredients: Raw honey, ghost peppers. No preservatives. Store at room temperature.
