Stillness & Shakti Meditation

Stillness & Shakti: A Tantric Meditation Sadhana Presented by Kaula & Craft  Experience deep inner stillness while activating your intuitive life force energy through the tools of Tantric meditation. This is more than a meditation class — it’s an embodied journey into your truest essence. In a world of constant external stimulation, Stillness & Shakti offers a space to return to your highest self, awaken your energetic potential, and reconnect to the divine within. Rooted in classical Tantric Yoga — techniques that transcend the body and senses, to tap into the powerful life force within & without — this guided experience invites you to explore meditation not as a task, but as embodied & devotional presence. Using tools such as traditional meditation mats, mala beads, and natural incense from Kaula & Craft, you’ll enter a temple-like space of intentionality and connection. This gathering also marks your initiation into the Meditation Club — a sacred circle of practice, community, and deepening. All who attend will be welcomed into this ongoing space, with special access to future retreats, workshops, and zoom meetings devoted to connection and awakening. This experience weaves together holistic practices designed to harmonize body, mind, and spirit:     •   Shakti Yoga - Powerful somatic exercises mixed with kundalini kriya and hatha yoga: to unlock trapped energy, alleviate bodily discomfort, and increase sensation. These invigorating movements pave the way for a deeper state of relaxation, setting the perfect foundation for your tantric meditation  journey.      •    Pranayama - Transformative Breathwork techniques to increase the life force energy, concentration and stillness from within, preparing your body and mind for meditation.     •    Mantra Japa with Mala - Using a traditional 108-bead mala, chant Sanskrit mantras to harmonize the inner energy channels and quiet the mind chatter —to drop in to the divine energy within and without.     •    Shoonya Meditation - Grounded on handwoven meditation “asan” mats and held in complete silence, drop into deep states of inner awareness and stillness. To close the workshop, we’ll gather in circle to share a cup of Himalayan shilajit tea — a nourishing elixir known to replenish and ground the body after deep energetic work. This will be an intentional opportunity to dive into any of your questions, realizations, and to authentically relate with members the circle. This is a space where the sacred is felt through every sense — where mantra, breath, movement, connection, and silence become portals to deeper peace from within. Whether you’re new to meditation or deep in your spiritual path, Stillness & Shakti offers a grounded and expansive container to connect to your own inner wisdom and the support of community.  Leave feeling rooted, radiant, and reconnected to the quiet power within and without. This event will be held in the gallery.
