For the very best distillate quality use Turbo Carbon along with Turbo Clear in every batch. Turbo Clear should be added after fermentation ends, making sure to rack carefully before distillation. Using Turbo Clear greatly reduces the chance of yeast cells making into your boiler. These cells can break down during the boiling process resulting in off-flavor, aromas leaching back into the distillate. Turbo Clear ingredients: Water, silica solution, acid (malic acid), chitosan (crustaceans), preservative (sodium metabisulphite).
