Light Spirits yeast nutrient is used for fermentation of alcohol to make light/white liquor spirits (e.g. Vodka, Gin, White Rum, etc) using the Turbo 500 Boiler or Grainfather Brewing System with either the Stainless Steel T500 Reflux Condenser or Copper T500 Reflux Condenser. If making White Rum, use the Pot Still Alembic Dome Top and Copper Condenser. The Still Spirits Distiller's Range is designed with craft distillers in mind, these products enable you to design recipes with more freedom and creativity compared to pre-blended ingredients.
