Stilbite on Apophyllite

Stilbite is a low-temperature secondary hydrothermal mineral that occurs in the amygdaloidal cavities of basaltic volcanic rocks, in andesites, gneiss and hydrothermal veins. Apophyllite forms as a secondary mineral within cavities and fractures of volcanic rocks, primarily basalt, through a hydrothermal process where silica-rich solutions percolate through the rock, depositing minerals like apophyllite as they cool and crystallize within these open spaces. Apophyllite is believed to promote spiritual awakening, helping you connect with your higher self and tap into your inner wisdom. Stilbite is said to aid in emotional healing, helping you release negative emotions and find inner peace. This piece is sourced from Pune (formerly Poonah or Poona) India. Approx.
