Stichtite Earrings

These Stichtite stones are a beautiful soft green with tons of shimmery purple veining.   These earrings have silver plated stainless steel french hook earring wires.  Stichtite’s color ranges from pink through lilac to a rich purple colour.  It was discovered in 1910 on the west coast of Tasmania, Australia.  It can be found in igneous and metamorphic rock.  Australia is a major source for Stichtite, but it has also been found in Brazil, Canada, India, Morocco, Russia, Scotland and Sweden.  It is a soft stone, so should be treated with care.  Metaphysical Properties: Stichtite is believed to be a stone of rescue, recovery and forgiveness.  It is thought to help heal unresolved issues and emotional issues by promoting feelings of love and compassion.
