Sterling Silver Snowflake Dangle Earrings

A vintage pair of sterling silver snowflake earrings. They feature a cutout snowflake pattern inside a circular frame. The snowflakes are 14mm in diameter. The earring wires and the snowflakes are 925 sterling silver. They are very light weight and comfortable to wear. There is a Zen proverb that says “No snowflake ever falls in the wrong place”. Snowflakes represent individuality as well as group identity. Hundreds of crystals form around microscopic particles that combine to create a geometrically perfect snowflake. Scientific theory says that each one is unique, but no one has ever been able to prove this. Their delicate beauty is fleeting when confronted with a change in the temperature, reminding us to live each day to the fullest.  Silver can help with emotional balance and provides protection against negativity and hostility. It is good for meditation and astral travel, as it can assist in reaching a higher level of consciousness. It also acts as an anchor to aid in the return journey back to your body. Silver enhances spiritual attributes and can assist with difficult decisions that may have a moral aspect. It symbolizes reflection and light which makes it useful for drawing positive energy. When combined with gemstones, it can amplify the properties that the stone possesses. Vintage items may have some imperfections.
