Stereo Vintage Ensemble Professional

- ALL NEW CIRCUIT AND ALGORITHM - WITH FULL MIDI SUPPORT The legendary vintage chorus — expanded for modern players. A modern evolution of the legendary Roland CE-1 chorus. Inspired by the Roland CE-1, the 2015 Vintage Ensemble captured the lush, dimensional chorus heard on countless records. In 2018, the Stereo Vintage Ensemble expanded that sound into true stereo, opening an entirely new spatial dimension. The Stereo Vintage Ensemble Professional embodies a decade of refining one of the most beloved chorus sounds ever created. At its core, the SVEP recreates the unmistakable character of the CE-1 chorus engine. Warm modulation. Rich movement. Effortless musicality. In Normal Mode, the SVEP faithfully reproduces the delay times, voicing, and modulation waveform that defined the original chorus. Instead of the fixed Chorus/Vibrato switch, a continuously variable lossless wet/dry mixer allows players to seamlessly blend between classic chorus and true pitch vibrato. From subtle shimmer to deep modulation, the SVEP delivers the full palette of vintage ensemble textures. Stereo Modulation Reimagined Switch to Stereo Mode, and the SVEP reveals one of its most captivating capabilities. Rather than separating dry and wet signals between channels, the SVEP links the left and right modulation delay times in opposite directions. As one side shortens, the other lengthens. Individually, each channel produces smooth pitch vibrato. Heard together in stereo, the signals interact within the listener’s perception, creating a swirling chorus that seems to move through the room. The result is a living stereo field — shifting, breathing, and evolving around your playing. The Stereo Vintage Ensemble Professional doesn’t just recreate a classic — it evolves it. New performance features include: • Precision Tap Tempo • Instant Preset Recall • Independent stereo modulation engines with dedicated delay lines • Continuous chorus ↔ vibrato blending via the lossless mixer For the first time, the Vintage Ensemble platform also includes full MIDI integration, allowing the SVEP to integrate seamlessly into modern performance and studio environments. MIDI capabilities include: • Control of all front-panel parameters • MIDI clock synchronization • Tap tempo via MIDI • Remote bypass and mode switching • Eight additional MIDI presets From studio automation to complex live rigs, the SVEP adapts effortlessly to modern setups. Vintage CE-1 units are rare, expensive, and limited by the technology of their time. The Stereo Vintage Ensemble Professional captures the spirit of that legendary chorus while expanding its dimensional possibilities for today’s players. Everything we love about the original — and everything we always wished it could do.   Key Features: Authentic vintage chorus and pitch vibrato True stereo input and output True stereo signal paths with independent dry signals per channel Two fully independent stereo modulation engines Inverse stereo modulation architecture for immersive stereo movement Normal & Stereo modes for classic or dimensional chorus Dual processing for independent L/R instruments Precision tap tempo with real-time LED indicator Instant live preset recall Expression pedal input for real-time control External tap-tempo input Full MIDI support (MIDI Type-A) MIDI clock synchronization Control of all front-panel parameters Tap tempo via MIDI Remote bypass and mode switching 8 additional presets via MIDI Extremely wide LFO speed range Speed knob: 0.24Hz – 8Hz Tap tempo: 0.03Hz – 8Hz   Tech Specs: Signal: Input impedance: 470kΩ (per channel) Output impedance: 2kΩ (per channel) Buffered bypass Power: 9VDC negative-center power (2.1mm) Current draw: 74mA @ 9VDC 100mA regulated supply recommended Physical: Dimensions: 3.725" x 4.75" x 2.10" (94.6mm x 120.6mm x 53.5mm) Weight: 13.25oz (375g)   Documentation:   Users Manual (283K) MIDI Manual (91K)
