Stephen McKeon shares: “With Lee Cronin’s The Mummy, the challenge was to create an emotional and expressive score built on strangled breaths, fingernails scraping against the inside of a sarcophagus, and eruptions of uncontrolled rage; a kind of undead demonic orchestra that would worm its way under the skin and live inside the more traditional musical element.” Producer Jason Blum shares: "Stephen McKeon brought something genuinely special to Lee Cronin's The Mummy. A great score doesn't just support a film, it becomes part of it, and that's exactly what Stephen delivered. He's a remarkable talent, and this score is proof of that.
