Stenocactus phyllacanthus v. violaciflorus *Wavy Ribs*

Stenocactus phyllacanthus var. violaciflorus Also known as Echinofossulocactus.  One of my personal favorite genera of cacti.  It almost looks more like a piece of art than a plant!  The cactus is covered in wavy ribs and long spines.  The plant will grow upright in time but stays small enough to be a potted plant even when mature. Flowers are pink with darker central stripes. It is one of the very first cacti to bloom in the late winter or early spring.  Mature plants retain these great ribs. Takes normal cactus care.  Protect from frost. You will receive a plant shown in the last image or one similar.  Plants shown in a 3.5" pot.  Important Shipping Information PLANTS ARE SHIPPED BARE ROOT If you want me to send them in pots send me a message to discuss. Extra charges due to increased shipping costs will apply. Immediate Payment (eBay only) Sorry! I can no longer offer a delayed purchase option as the multichannel inventory management system I have started using requires this setting. No Delayed Shipping (eBay only) Once you pay I have to (and WILL) ship within 3 business days or eBay will lower my seller rating. I used to have a way to delay shipping but can no longer do this for the same reason as #2 above. Feel free to message me before buying to see if we can figure something out here, no promises though. Winter Shipping If you live in a cold climate consider including a 96 hour heat pack in your order during the cold months. I have them as a listing. Just add it to your order. If you don’t see them just message me. Thank you!
