(For more details, please contact your local reseller)   Dual-Nozzle, Enhanced Productivity Multi-Material Printing Combine flexible and rigid materials in a single print to create impressive interlocking structures and innovative designs beyond traditional manufacturing. Pairing high-performance materials with standard ones further reduces costs and boosts material efficiency by using premium materials only where necessary Dedicated Support Material Print with support is no longer a headache. With H2D’s dual-nozzle setup, one nozzle can be reserved for dedicated support material, allowing secured print and perfect support interface. Efficient Multi-Color Printing Dual-nozzle printing reduces purge cycles in multi-color prints. H2D's smart algorithms optimize filament use, maximizing dual-nozzle efficiency to save time and materials. Professional High-Temperature Printing Solution 350℃ (662°F) High-Temperature Nozzle Unlock the full potential of your high-temperature engineering filaments with a 350℃ (662°F) nozzle. Experience improved layer bonding when printing demanding materials like PPA-CF, PPS, and PPS-CF at higher temperatures, leading to stronger and more reliable parts. 65℃ (149°F) Active Chamber Heating & Cooling Equipped with a 65°C active chamber heater and adaptive air circulation, the H2D Pro intelligently manages chamber temperature for optimal printing. Active flaps control internal/external airflow based on filament type, preventing low-temp clogs, reducing high-temp warping, improving layer bonding, and fully leveraging each material's strengths. Toolhead Enhanced Cooling Fan A new high-performance fan integrated into the toolhead front cover effectively cools the extruder and hotend heatsink. This intelligent temperature control mitigates potential clogging and filament jaming in challenging environments, enabling a 3°C increase in the recommended printer operating temperature.   Tungsten Carbide Super Durable Nozzle HRA 90 Tougher nozzle, lower maintainance With HRA 90 compared to hardened steel's 74, the H2D Pro's tungsten carbide nozzle provides exceptional wear resistance. This results in a 50% increase in lifespan when printing abrasive, high-performance fiber-reinforced filaments.   Vision Encoder 50µm ultra-fine motion accuracy The H2D Pro comes standard with an ultra-high precision vision encoder plate, utilizing 5µm resolution optical measurement to calibrate toolhead movement. This advanced system ensures consistent and distance-independent 50µm motion accuracy across the entire build area, lay down strong foundation for producing highly accurate prints.   Heavy Duty Air Filtration Effectively Filter Particulates And VOCs Generated by 3D Printing For optimal air filtration, we've integrated a G3 pre-filter, an H12 HEPA filter, and a premium coconut shell activated carbon filter. This enhanced system effectively minimizes excessive odors and particulates, particularly beneficial when printing in less ventilated spaces.   *Onboarding Setup & Repairs Included through STEMfinity!
