STEM 101: One Day Training

STEM 101: One Day Training   Empowering Educators. Enhancing Implementation. Elevating Outcomes. STEMfinity’s STEM 101 Professional Development is a flexible, hands-on training program designed to equip educators, afterschool providers, and program leaders with the confidence and knowledge to successfully implement the STEM tools and technologies purchased through STEMfinity. Whether in-person or virtual, each training is tailored to meet the unique goals and priorities of each school, district, or program. Our “train-the-trainer” model ensures your team not only understands the tools they’re using, but also how to apply them through best practices that align with curriculum standards, promote student engagement, and support long-term impact. STEM 101 can be delivered as a general STEM implementation overview or as subject-specific modules based on your instructional needs.     Instructional Foundation: PBL + Bloom’s Taxonomy STEM 101 is rooted in Project-Based Learning (PBL) methodology and guided by Bloom’s Taxonomy, empowering educators to deliver engaging, real-world learning experiences that foster deep student understanding. Project-Based Learning: We guide educators in designing authentic, hands-on learning experiences where students apply knowledge to solve real problems, collaborate in teams, and take ownership of their learning journey. Bloom’s Taxonomy Integration: Participants will explore how to incorporate Bloom’s framework into STEM instruction to promote higher-order thinking skills, such as analysis, synthesis, and evaluation. We share real-world examples and creative curriculum strategies to support meaningful, inquiry-driven instruction that challenges students to think critically and reflect deeply.     Delivery Options: Available In-Person or Virtual Virtual Training Delivered in Modular 2-Hour Sessions Customizable to Your School’s Tools, Timeline & Goals Recommend 30 Teachers or less per Trainer Up to 8 hrs of training per day in-person For Training outside the Continental US, please Contact Us for a Custom Quote     Available STEM 101 Modules: STEM 101 – Robotics STEM 101 – Makerspace STEM 101 – Esports STEM 101 – Summer Enrichment STEM 101 – Science STEM 101 – Drones STEM 101 – Circuitry STEM 101 – Coding STEM 101 – Computer Science STEM 101 – CTE (Career & Technical Education) STEM 101 – Entrepreneurship STEM 101 – 3D Printing STEM 101 – STEM Afterschool STEM 101 – Artificial Intelligence (AI) STEM 101 – AR/VR/XR (Extended Reality) STEM 101 – Math STEM 101 – STEAM (with Arts Integration) STEM 101 – Educational Technology (EdTech) STEM 101 – Cybersecurity STEM 101 – Blended Learning STEM 101 – Project-Based Learning STEM 101 – Microcredentials & Digital Badging     Why Choose STEMfinity for PD?
