The Steak Bundle

Butchered in our on-farm processing abattoir, each steak is hand-cut to perfection on our farm. Not every pasture-raised animal is alike, so we take our time butchering piece by piece, step by step. Make your meal a meaningful one with one of our signature cuts. Our cattle are Certified Grassfed by the American Grassfed Association and Ecological Outcome Verified in the Land2Market Program. All of our livestock are raised without the use of antibiotics, steroids, and added growth hormones. These bundles are made up preselected items and cannot be substituted. View the images for bundle selection and quantities. *Note: We do recommend aging all of our steaks to break down the muscle fibers and create a more tender cut. Visit our blog linked here to learn more about our aging and cooking recommendations. Curious about mRNA in our livestock?
