Stationery, Signage and Event Branding Services Template

Is your letterpress at the ready? If you’re crafting stationery, offering calligraphy, custom event signage, custom artwork and event branding for clients, along with any other design-centric custom-branded deliverables (think: napkins, table numbers, favors, backdrops, matches, and more), you’ll be glad to have this contract to fall back on when it comes to your next project. Whether you're a one-woman calligrapher or a team-run custom production firm, you'll find everything you need in this template to customize to your business model. This easily customizable contract template will empower you to stand your ground when it comes to any snags that stand in the way of a happy client. As a creative and designer, you know what you’re up against: proofing and revisions beyond the scope, timelines, communication expectations, how your client can reproduce your work (or not!), shipping and delivery, rush fees, and more. In addition, this contract will outline and protect the fundamental expectations of your business: deadlines, payment schedules, refund policy, return of rentals, and more. It's all here, and more! Don't create event signs, wedding branding, stationery, or decor without this in your back pocket.
