Starke RAZOR Mesh Sandpaper

STARKE Razor — Mesh Sandpaper Disc Powered by CoruEdge Technology Always Razor-Sharp. Cuts Faster. Lasts Longer. The standard for marine surface finishing just changed. STARKE Razor Mesh Sanding Discs are built around CoruEdge Technology — a semi-brittle corundum grain system that continuously self-renews during use, fracturing in a controlled way to expose fresh, sharp cutting edges with every pass. The disc doesn't dull. It sharpens itself as it works. The result is a sanding disc that cuts faster than traditional sandpaper, maintains a cleaner scratch pattern through the entire session, and lasts significantly longer — so you're changing discs less and finishing more. CoruEdge Technology — Always Razor-Sharp Traditional abrasive grains wear smooth and lose their edge. CoruEdge semi-brittle corundum grains are engineered to fracture in a controlled, predictable way during sanding, continuously revealing fresh cutting edges. The cut stays aggressive from the first pass to the last, delivering faster material removal, a more consistent scratch pattern, and longer overall disc life compared to conventional sandpaper. Marine/Industrial-Grade Mesh Construction Razor's open mesh substrate is purpose-built for dry sanding on boats, yachts, fiberglass, and marine substrates. The open weave keeps the cutting surface clear by channeling dust and debris away from the abrasive, resisting the clogging that kills disc performance and contaminates the surface. Maximum dust extraction means a cleaner workspace, healthier air, and a surface that's ready for the next stage without rework. Built for Professional Results Durable hook and loop backing mounts fast and holds firm to any standard backing pad, standing up to the sustained pressure of professional yacht refinish and surface preparation. Premium abrasive grains and consistent construction deliver the repeatable, reliable results that high-volume marine finishing demands.
