STARKE FORGE Premium Sandpaper

STARKE Forge — High-Output Sanding Disc Engineered for Yacht & Marine Manufacturing When the job demands maximum cut and consistent results across long sessions, Forge delivers. Built around STARKE's proprietary CoruEdge Technology, the Forge disc is engineered for professionals who can't afford downtime, inconsistency, or a disc that dies halfway through a panel. CoruEdge Technology At the core of every Forge disc is a precision blend of zirconia and aluminum oxide grains engineered to fracture in a controlled, predictable way as you work. Each fracture exposes a fresh cutting edge, so the disc keeps biting aggressively through the entire session — not just the first few passes. The result is fast, efficient material removal with a consistent scratch pattern that sets up clean, uniform finishing every time. Anti-Load Surface Shield Loaded discs slow you down and cost you money. Forge's Anti-Load Surface Shield is built to resist the clogging that kills lesser abrasives on gelcoat, filler, and primer. You stay in the cut longer, change discs less often, and maintain the scratch pattern your next stage depends on. RigidCore Backing System The RigidCore backing keeps the disc flat and stable under pressure, delivering consistent contact across the entire surface. No chatter. No uneven cut. Just controlled, repeatable performance whether you're working a flat panel or a compound curve. Resin-over-Resin Bonding Forge is built to handle the heat and pressure of aggressive dry sanding. Our heat-resistant resin-over-resin bond locks the grain in place under load, preventing premature grain loss and keeping the abrasive performing long after cheaper discs have given up. Dry Performance Forge is optimized for dry sanding applications — no water, no lubricant required. That means efficient, consistent material removal on gelcoat, fiberglass, metal, paint, and plastic without the added steps or mess of wet sanding prep. Hook & Loop Attachment Fast pad changes, secure hold. Forge mounts to any standard hook and loop backing pad and stays put through even aggressive sanding passes. Prices listed is for a single Disc.
