Starborn Pro Plug System for Deckorators Venture Decking

The Starborn Pro Plug® System for Deckorators Venture Decking is a premium concealed fastening solution designed to deliver the strength of traditional face fastening while maintaining the clean look of a hidden fastener deck surface. The system combines specially engineered deck screws, color-matched composite plugs, and a proprietary installation tool that ensures consistent screw depth. Each plug is precision-cut from actual Deckorators composite decking material, allowing the finished surface to blend naturally with the surrounding boards for a seamless appearance. During installation, screws are driven through the decking with the Pro Plug Auto-Stop setting tool, which automatically stops at the correct depth and helps prevent over-driving. Once the screw is set, a matching composite plug is inserted into the hole and tapped flush with the deck surface to fully conceal the fastener head. This process provides a strong, secure connection to the joists while maintaining a polished, professional finish. Designed specifically for composite decking applications, the Pro Plug System is ideal for areas where hidden clip systems cannot be used, such as perimeter boards, picture framing, and stair treads. By combining structural performance with an attractive, fastener-free look, the Starborn Pro Plug System offers an efficient and reliable fastening solution for Deckorators Venture decking installations.
