Now every student can create and observe their own standing wave! Perfect for Middle School and High School Students, this kit includes all the materials you need to make 10 standing wave demonstrations. Each set consists of a motor, AA battery holder, battery, and string. Attached to the motor is an off-centered mass that generates a vibration when the motor is activated. When hung from the string, a clear standing wave appears! Students simply adjust the length of the string to obtain the standing wave and to change the number of wavelengths. Comes assembled with instructions that include qualitative and quantitative experiment ideas.
